Cisco官方发布IOS 15.0
2009/10/1日，思科官方发布了IOS 15.0，距离上次发布12.4差不多四年之久了。关于这个15.0命名还有个小插曲，为什么不是13.0或14.0呢？因为数字13在西方是个不吉利的数字，同样14在亚洲也是不吉利，所以思科就二级跳了。当然了，这只是个臆想，只是真相如何就不得而知了。
此次发布的15.0增加了一些新的软件特性和硬件支持。在15.0中，思科仅仅移除了两个软件特性 – AppleTalk Phase I & II and Service Selection Gateway (SSG)。
